• MERIDIAN STRENGTH & STRETCH CONDITIONING




    Using body resistance with the instructor and the stretch board,
    we will test the strength and stretch of muscle groups in order to
    bring balance to the body, along with organs associated with them.
    There are 16 meridians associated with these stretches and their
    organs. Physiological benefits can be obtained also.

    Mashing massage is foot massage on the tight muscle groups
    and can be done after a full session to flush lactic acid and
    improve muscle recovery time.


    Recent U.S. Olympic Swimming medalist, Dara Torres,
    cites Meridian Stretching as one of her top training methods.
    At the age of 41, exercise experts say Torres' success reflects
    advances in training, and as a result, she beat out other
    competitors nearly half her age. Her Meridian training
    strengthened "core" muscles in her abdomen and back,
    which gives arms & legs a better platform to work from.

    Core exercises are a relatively recent trend in sports medicine,
    reflecting a better understanding of how to improve training
    to prevent injury.
